FAQ & troubleshooting
How do I sign in? Use Sign in with Apple or Google on the app, or continue as a guest. Guest progress can be saved by signing in later.
Songs won't play. Connect Spotify in the Music tab (optional). Song audio plays through your Spotify account; without Spotify, study vocabulary from lyrics and cards without audio.
Placement won't resume. Sign in with the same account you started with, or scan the QR code on the web results page to continue on iPhone.
Delete my account. iOS app → Account → Delete account, or email support@glite.es.
